HAUSLAND GROUP, the leading Kapampangan homegrown developer of socialized and economic housing in North and Central Luzon, garnered two awards in the recently concluded Property and Real Estate Awards organized by the International Real Estate Federation – Philippines, Inc. or FIABCI Philippines, Inc. held at Solaire Resort and Casino on September 26.
Timog Residences, a project of Hausland Development Corporation bagged the gold in Residential Low-Rise Category while its affiliate company, FIESTA Communities captured the gold in Residential/Affordable Housing Category with FIESTA Communities – San Rafael as the winning project. These awards bolstered both companies as the Outstanding Developer of their respective categories.
Meanwhile, the body also conferred Wilfredo M. Tan, President and CEO of the Hausland Group, the Fellow Award for achieving multiple FIABCI accolades. The first one was on 2015 when FIESTA Communities was hailed as the Outstanding Developer in Residential – Horizontal (Mass Housing) Category.
